Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

The cost of the return postage will not be reimbursed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you change your mind about a purchase you have made within 14 working days after the date of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price for the goods you wish to return, and the original postage and packaging charges made. However, as our products are classed as consumable, no return is accepted for used samples, hence the package (main outer box) must show to be unopened to confirm the items (samples) as unused.  You will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item to us.  Items returned that are not in their original package or have been opened/tried will not be eligible for a refund. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within within 3 to 5  working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
